It’s Saturday!! Just as good in my opinion as Friday… nicely followed by Sunday of course!! I’ve managed to stay eating healthy and my weight is continuing to drop. I’ve got that magical number of 150 in my head, but realize getting below 200 is the first goal.

Breakfast was an amazing lite calorie breakfast sandwich made with turkey bacon, egg whites, and a wholewheat, multi-grain muffin. Total 230 calories of DELISH!

Lunch was just served and it included fresh grape tomatoes, thin sliced turkey, non-fat feta sprinkled and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar ~ totes amazing as a friendly aussie would say…

Off to the gym to keep the internal fires burning and my goals in sight…
