Well like I said, RED days come along with the weight loss journey.  Went back over my eating for yesterday and see some adjustments I need to make for today. I had steak and grilled veggies for dinner. I got a little lax on the olive oil (good for you, but a calorie hog.) I also had a way larger portion than needed… but sometimes it’s easy to eat way more than needed while convincing yourself it’s JUST PROTEIN. Well maybe a little extra chicken, but with steak you need to be a little more careful. Especially if its not a real lean piece of meat.

Anyway friends, I’m off to the gym to help myself not be discouraged. These things happen, just need to make some eating adjustments and keep my body in motion!!
