Is this day #2 or 3 of RED?  “Who cares” is my answer! I’m just tired of it… real tired! I did figure out my mistakes were in my menu. Too much of a good thing: AVOCADO! I had the most fabulous Grilled Cajun Chicken w/ Avocado Salsa. And as yummy as avocado is, it’s a boatload of caloric intake.

And in the snack department, it’s back to measure spoons and cups. I think my idea of 2 tablespoons of hummus is WAY MORE than what is REAL… The sugar snap peas where a great partner, but the hummus was a killer.

Back to the drawing board…
